Halloween Recipes for Your Fun Halloween Party Black Cat Cupcakes Recipe Ingredients: 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) chocolate cake mix 1 can (16 ounces) dark chocolate frosting 12 chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies, quartered 48 yellow jelly beans 24 black jelly beans 24 pieces black rope licorice Instructions: Bake cupcakes as directed on cake mix package. Remove cupcakes from pan and let cool completely. Spread frosting over the tops of the cupcakes. Place two cookie quarters into the cupcake to make ears. Make eyes using the yellow jelly beans and make nose with black jelly bean. Cut licorice pieces into three and then half them.
