Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar 2/3 cup white sugar 2 1/2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard 4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni; cooked and drained 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 large onion; chopped 2 stalks celery; chopped 8-10 black olives; sliced 3 large carrots; shredded Instructions: In a small bowl, combine first four ingredients for the dressing.
