Roll out and separate crescent rolls. Cut the sausages in half lengthwise. Then use the rounded tip of a carrot peeler to scoop out a long, shallow trough down the length of each half. Place the sausage halves on a cresant, squeeze on some mustard in the trough, put the two halves together and roll it up in the crescent. Bake according to package instructions.
