Texas Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in large sealable bowl and mix well.
  • Seal and use as you go or make into 10 gifts.
  • Decorate.

    For the Tag:

    Texas Hot Chocolate Mix

    Add 3/4 cup mix to 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 4 minutes. Stir in 4 cups milk and heat. Serve. Optional: dollop each cup with whipped cream. Enjoy!
