Creamy Tomato Soup Mix

Ingredients:

• 3 C dried tomato slices
• 1/2 C dried milk powder
• 1 T sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Combine all in a blender. Blend into a powder.

For the Tag:

Creamy Tomato Soup Mix

• 1 jar Creamy Tomato Soup Mix
• 1 1/2 quarts boiling water

1. Combine and simmer 10 minutes, stirring consistantly. Add 1 teaspoon butter or margarine after cooking.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
