Beer Pretzels Mix
Ingredients:
- 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 package yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried onion
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
- In another bowl, combine the last 4 ingredients.
- Split the first bowl's mixture equally inbetween two quart size jars.
- Repeat with second mixture. Seal the jars.
For the Tag:
Beer Pretzels Mix
Empty jar into mixing bowl. Add 3/4 cup beer. Stir to combine. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth. Cover and let rest in a warm area until doubled takes about 45 minutes.
Roll dough out on lightly floured surface into a 10 x 6-inch rectangle and cut lengthwise into 6 strips. Shape. Cover and let rise again until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake on the top rack of a 400 degree F oven for about 8 minutes or until lightly golden. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
