Chocolate Mint Creamer

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup non-dairy creamer
• 1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa
• 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients well. Store in airtight container.

Chocolate Mint Creamer

To make Chocolate Mint Coffee: Add one heaping teaspoon to one mug of coffee.
