Buttermint Coffee Mix

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup powdered non dairy creamer
• 1/2 cup buttermints; coarsely crushed
• 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
• 2 cups powdered milk
• 3/4 cup instant coffee granules; divided

Instructions:

1. In a large bopwl mix together the first 4 ingredients. Divide equally and pour into jars.
2. Divide and layer instant coffee on top of each.
3. Makes 2 1-pint jars.

Buttermint Coffee Mix

Place mixture in a bowl; toss lightly. Combine 1/4 cup mix with 2/3 cup boiling water; stir until mixture dissolves.
