Soothing Mask

homemade face mask

Use this on irritated skin, like a sunburned face or shoulders.

Ingredients:
  • 1 part plain yogurt, chilled
  • 1/2 part old fashioned oatmeal
  • 2 drops essential oil - jasmine(optional)

    Instructions:

    Stir ingredients together. Add jasmine essential oil. Apply to area and mleave on for 10 minutes. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.
