Ingredients:
2 cups water
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons snipped fresh mint
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cups strong brewed tea
1 liter club soda; chilled
Rose, calendula, or pansy petals
1 large stem lavender
Instructions:
Place water, sugar, mint and lavender in a large stainless-steel pan. Bring to boiling; remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain mixture and add to orange juice, lemon juice and tea; chill. Just before serving, add chilled club soda. If desired, sprinkle punch with edible flower petals.
