Rosemary Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls of dried rosemary
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 litre ginger ale; chilled
  • 12 oz frozen pineapple juice

    Instructions:

    1. In a saucepan heat water and rosemary until boiling. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Chill. Strain out the rosemary and combine with the pineapple juice in a punch bowl or pitcher. Add ginger ale just before serving.
