Instructions:

Hull, clean and half the strawberries. Puree them in a blender until smooth. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour. Pour the chilled strawberry purée into a flute or glass, add limoncello and then add chilled sparkling wine. Ratio of 1/3 strawberries to 2/3 wine.
