Sparkling Kiwi

Ingredients:

  • 4 kiwis
  • sparkling white wine

    Instructions:

    Peel, clean and half the kiwi. Puree them in a blender until smooth. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour. Pour the chilled kiwi purée into a flute or glass, then add chilled sparkling wine. Ratio of 1/3 kiwi to 2/3 wine.
