Chocolate Caramel Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) devil's food cake mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 38 Rolo candies
- Chopped hazelnuts
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine the cake mix, water, egg and oil in a large bowl.
- Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls.
- Press a candy into each and reshape balls.
- Dip tops in hazelnuts.
- Place two inches apart on un-greased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until tops are cracked. Let cool for two minutes and then place on wire racks to cool completely. Serves: 36.
