Cookie Recipes Index Butter Pecan Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease cookie sheets.
- Cream butter and pudding mix until smooth in a small bowl. Gradually add flour and beat well. Fold in pecans.
- Roll into 1-1/2 inch balls and place two inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten balls to 1/2 inch with a greased glass.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes or until light golden brown. Let cool on wire racks. Serves: 12.
