Lemon Dream Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) lemon cake mix
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen Cool Whip® whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheets.
  2. Mix cake mix, egg and whipped topping until well blended. Place confectioners' sugar in a shallow dish. Drop by tablespoonfuls into sugar and flip over to coat other side.
  3. Place two inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let cool on wire racks. Serves: 30.
