Instructions:

1. Coat beef with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in a skillet.
2. Place all ingredients except noodles, artichokes and mushrooms in crock pot.
3. Cover and cook for 7-8 hours.
4. Add artichokes and mushrooms. Cover and cook 30 minutes, until heated through.
