Ingredients:
1 cup canned crab meat
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sliced green onion
14 ounces artichoke heart quarters; drained and chopped
8 ounces cream cheese; cubed
Instructions:
- In a lightly greased crock pot combine all of the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, until cheese is melted.
- Serve with wedged pita breads, tortillas or corn chips.
