Ingredients:
6 large gala apples, peeled cored, sliced
1 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons minute tapioca
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, salt and tapioca until evenly coated. Pour into crock pot.
- Pour vanilla and lemon juice over apples and then add boiling water.
- Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours.
Yield: 6 servings.
