Ingredients:
5 pounds Spareribs; cut 2-rib pcs
1/2 cup Cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 Cl garlic; minced
1 dash Hot pepper sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange ribs on rack on baking pan. Brown in oven for 15 minutes on each side. Drain and put in slow cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour over ribs.
- Cover and cook on low 6-10 hours.
Yield: 4 servings.
