Crockpot RecipesCrockpot Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe
Ingredients:
5 boneless, skinnless chicken breast halves; washed and patted dry
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup; condensed
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder; or garlic salt
6 ounces canned mushrooms; drained
Instructions:
- In a crock pot, place chicken breast.
- In a saucepan combine the rest of the ingredients. Heat until smooth. Pour over the chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
Yield: 6 servings.
