Instructions:

1. Lightly brown onion in oil. Then mix meats with onion, eggs, bread crumbs, beer, dill, salt and pepper.
2. Shape into meatballs. Brown in ungreased skillet.
3. Mix together mushrooms with soup and lemon juice.
4. Layer meatballs in crockpot, moistening all the meatballs with sauce.
5. Cover and Cook 4 hours on low.
6. Skim off any fat. Adjust seasonings.
7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
