Chicken Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
3 carrots, quartered
3 stalks celery, 1" slices
1 cup peas
1 cup corn
1 medium onion, chopped
2 pounds chicken pieces
2 quarts hot water
2 chicken broth cubes
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix together all ingredients into a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Remove chicken pieces from soup and discard the skin and bones. Return meat to soup.
