Ingredients:
1 package bratwurst
1 can sauerkraut
1/2 bag frozen homestyle hash browns
1 small brown onion; chopped
1 can beer
garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Pour beer into crock pot.
- Add sausages, onions, sauerkraut and potatoes. add garlic, salt and pepper taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, until brats are cooked through.
