• 1 tablespoon butter
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• juice from one lemon (about 1/4 cup)

Instructions:

1. Grease the inside of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
2. In a bowl, mix together the first 4 ingredients.
3. Pour batter into the crock pot.
4. In a sauce pan combine all of the sauce ingredients, stir and bring to a boil.
5. Pour over the batter in teh crock pot.
6. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. (edges will be slightly brown)
7. Turn heat off and leave in the crock pot for about 30 minutes with cover slightly ajar.
8. When cool enough to handle, hold a large plate over the top of the pot then invert on to the plate.
