Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter; melted
3 apples; washed, cored and cubed
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/8 t nutmeg
1/8 t cloves
1/4 t kosher salt
1 1/2 cups arborio rice
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 cups apple juice
2 cups 2% milk
Instructions:
- Grease the inside of your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour melted butter into your crock pot. Add the rice to the butter, and stir it around to coat it.
- Add the apples, and spices. Stir in the juice, half and half.
- Cover and cook on low 6-9 hours. Stir before serving.
