Instructions:

1. Grease your crockpot with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
2. Layer in the crock pot: half the noodles, half the meat, all the sauerkraut, all the American cheese.
3. In a small bowl, Mix tpgether the sour cream and the chicken soup.
4. Layer half of the soup mixture in the crock pot.
5. Layer the rest of the noodles, meat, soup mixture and then lastly the Swiss cheese.
6. Cook on high for 2 hours, should be bubbly. Turn down to low for 1 or 2 hours.
7. Stir layers together before serving.
