CopyCat Recipes: Boboli Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Dry Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 1/4 cups Warm water
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, + extra for pans
  • 6 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

    Instructions:

    Oil three pizza pans with olive oil. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 2 minutes. Add the remainder of the ingrediants and mix well. Kneed for 10 minutes then place back in the bowl and cover with a clean damp dish cloth. Let the dough sit and rise for 30 to 40 minutes. Divide dough into 3 equal parts and place in the 3 pans to form the pizza. Dimple and sprinkle with fresh herbs: course sea salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme - soak dry herbs 10 minutes(towel dry) first if you are using them.
