Olive Garden Chicken Marsala Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken half breasts; boneless, skinless, tenderized
  • 1/4 C. cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 C. Fresh Mushrooms; sliced
  • 1/2 C. Marsala Wine

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet until bubbling lightly.
  3. Wash chicken and dry with paper towel. Dredge it in the flour and shake off the excess.
  4. Fry the chicken on medium heat for about 2 minutes on the first side, until lightly brown.
  5. As you turn the beasts to the second side to cook, add the mushrooms around the chicken pieces. Cook about 2 more minutes, until lightly browned on the second side.
  6. add the wine and stir the mushrooms.
  7. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
