Long John Silver's Fish Batter Recipe

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup water

Instructions:

1. Sift together dry ingredients. This can be saved in an air tight container.
2. Or use it right away by adding water and mix well.
3. Coat fish filets completely.
4. Deep fry until a nice golden brown.
