Sesame-Lime Marinade Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon finely shredded lime peel
1/3 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
Combine lime peel, juice, oils and salt. Use to marinade meat, reserving 1/4 cup.
Take 1/4 cup of this mixture and combine with honey and sesame seeds. Use to based meat.
