3 pounds country-style ribs
Instructions: Roast ribs, covered with tin foil in roasting pan, in oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Combine all ingredients but the orange rind in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in orange rind. Set aside. Take the foil off the ribs and drain off meat drippings. Brush the sauce on the ribs and roast for 30 more minutes. Repeat this process one more time or until the meat is very tender. Yields: 6 servings.
