Barbecue Recipes Grilled Sea Scallop Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 pounds sea scallops
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
p>Instructions:
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Add onion and garlic, cooking for about five minutes or until soft.
- Remove from stove and stir in lemon juice and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine scallops and butter mixture. Let marinade for at least five minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil.
- Stick scallops onto skewers and grill for about 5-10 minutes, turning once.
- Serve with remaining butter mixture, reheated.
