Barbecue Recipes Grilled Rib Eye Steaks Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 boneless rib eye steaks (8 oz.)
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
p>Instructions:
- In a large seal able plastic bag, combine molasses, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
- Place steaks in bag with marinade and seal tight. Refrigerate for at least two hours, turning often.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season steaks, with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Grill steaks for 10-14 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.
