Barbecue Recipes Grilled Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers Recipe
Ingredients:
12 fresh jalapeno peppers
6 oz. pork sausage
6 bacon strips, halved
p>Instructions:
- Clean peppers and cut off stems. Slice along one side of each pepper and remove seeds.
- Cook sausage over medium heat, until sausage is not pink.
- Stuff the peppers with sausage and wrap the bacon around the peppers, securing with a toothpick.
- Grill peppers uncovered, on medium heat, for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is crisp and peppers are tender. Turn peppers often while grilling.
