Barbecue Recipes Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 onion, sliced thin
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 lbs. lamb chops
p>Instructions:
- In a large re-seal able bag, combine vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and olive oil. Mix. Place lamb chops in the bag and coat all pieces well. Refrigerate for one hour to marinade.
- Preheat grill on medium-high.
- With aluminum foil, wrap exposed ends of bones to keep them from burning.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or to your desire.
