Barbecue Recipes Grilled Zesty Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
4 8-oz. thick-sliced boneless sirloin steaks
1/2 cup Italian Herb Salad Dressing
1 Medium Tomato, cut into 4 slices
4 Green Onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Make slices in the steaks that almost cut through to the other side. Brush steaks with the salad dressing and place steaks in seal able plastic bags and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut vegetables and divide into four portions.
- Place steaks on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove steaks from the grill and place one piece of tomato and 1/4 of the onion slices in the center of each steak. Secure the vegetables with toothpicks to keep closed. Grill for another 8-10 minutes, turning once to cook both sides.
