Barbecue Recipes Grilled Parmesan Corn on the Cob Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ears fresh corn, husk and silk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix butter or margarine, parmesan cheese, parsley and salt.
- Spread cheese and butter mixture onto each ear of corn. Wrap up each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil.
- Grill corn over medium heat for 20-30 minutes and turn frequently.
