Grilled Parmesan Corn on the Cob Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ears fresh corn, husk and silk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix butter or margarine, parmesan cheese, parsley and salt.
Spread cheese and butter mixture onto each ear of corn. Wrap up each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil.
Grill corn over medium heat for 20-30 minutes and turn frequently.
