Barbecue Recipes Grilled Potato Wedges Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs. potatoes, un peeled, scrubbed
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. paprika
Instructions:
- Cut the potatoes half into even-sized wedges, but make sure they are large enough not to fall through grate.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil and paprika. Add salt and pepper.
- Coat the potato wedges with the mixture.
- Place the potato wedges on the grill and barbecue over direct medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, crisp and cooked, turning once.
- Serve with you favorite dip.
