Barbecue Recipes Buffalo Style Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2-3 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1-3 lbs. pork back ribs
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and brown sugar. Place ribs in large resealable plastic bags and pour marinade over ribs. Seal the bags and shake the bags to evenly distribute the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to marinade.
- Remove ribs from marinade. Place the remaining marinade in a small saucepan and boil for at least one minute.
- Grill in center rack for 30-35 minutes or until tender. Brush with marinade and turn occasionally.
