Barbecue Recipes Simple Grilled Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
4 pork rib chops, about 1 inch thick
Instructions:
Stir together the first five ingredients to make your marinate mixture.
Marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator for one hour.
Set grill for high heat. Sear the chops by cooking them 2-3 minutes on each side.
Lower grill heat to medium and cook for 4 minutes on each side.(check meat to be sure they are done) Salt and pepper to taste.
