Ingredients:

• 2 pkgs cream cheese; softened
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 1 cup walnuts; finely chopped
• 1/2 cup green pepper; finely chopped
• 1/2 cup onion; finely chopped

Instructions:

1. Drain pineapple very thoroughly, press with paper towel.
2. Mix together all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Form a ball.
3. Refrigerate until cream cheese is firm again.
