Appetizer Recipes Cantaloupe Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 large ripe cantaloupe; cleaned and finely diced
- 3/4 cup red bell pepper; finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro; finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped scallions; white and green parts
- 1 lime; juiced
- 1 pinch salt and hot pepper flakes
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine cantaloupe, red pepper, cilantro, scallions and lime juice.
- Add pinch of salt and pepper flakes.
- Chill overnight.
- Serve with grilled chicken, fish or steaks.
