Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese; softened
  • 3 tbls. milk
  • 1 small zucchini; shredded
  • 3 tbls. chopped chives
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

    Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and milk.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Chill for 2 hours.
  • Serve with breads, chips or veggies.
