Appetizer Recipes Corn Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 11-oz cans Mexican style corn
- 1 4-oz can diced green chiles; drained
- 5 green onions; chopped
- 1 8-oz container sour cream
- 1 jalapeno pepper; chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 10 ounces Cheddar cheese; shredded
Instructions:
- In a medium-size mixing bowl stir together all of the ingredients.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Makes 12 servings.
