Ingredients:

• 1 c. half and half cream
• 1 c. Monterey Jack; shredded
• 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 1 sm. can mild green chiles
• 1 white onion; chopped
• 1 jalapeno; finely chopped
• 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen spinach; defrosted, drained and juice squeezed out with paper towels

Instructions:

1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a bowl Mix all ingredients.
3. Bake for 1/2 hour in a baking dish.
4. Serve with tortilla chips or triscuits.
