Ingredients:

  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese; softened
  • 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 C. chunky salsa

    Instructions:

  • Spread cream cheese out on microwave platter. Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes, cheddar should be melted.
  • Top with salsa.
  • Serve with crackers or white corn chips. Makes 5 servings.
