Ingredients:

• 1 8-oz. package cream cheese; softened
• 8-oz. sour cream
• 8-oz. sharp cheddar cheese; grated
• 1 fresh jalapeno pepper; seeded and finely chopped
• 1 red pepper; seeded and finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic; minced
• 1/2 t. ground cumin

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Chill for at least two hours.
3. Serve with crackers or white corn chips.
