Appetizer Recipes Green Herb Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup watercress leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 green onion; cut into 1" pieces
Instructions:
- Place all of the ingedients in the blender. Blend until finely chopped.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with fresh veggies.
Makes 2 cups.
