Appetizer Recipes Black Eyed Pea Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can (16 ounces) black-eyed peas; drained, divided
- 3 green onions; chopped with tops
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 slices bacon; cooked and crumbled
Instructions:
- In a blender, blend peas - saving out 1/3 cup, onions, sour cream and garlic salt until smooth.
- In a bowl place blended dip and stir in reserved peas and bacon.
- Serve with corn chips, crackers or breads.
Yields: 2 1/2 cups.
